IELTS for UKVI can mean an Academic or General Training four-skill test, while Life Skills assesses Speaking and Listening only. Your visa route decides which evidence you need.

OET Nursing Writing gives you case notes and a healthcare communication task. The job is to select, organise and transform the information for the specified reader and purpose.

Select and transform the information the reader needs for the stated purpose; completeness is not the same as copying everything.

The current task tests meaning, intent and spoken patterns; choose the response that fits the interaction, not merely repeated vocabulary.

The current Reading section includes notices, messages and short informational texts; diagnose what the reader must understand or do next.

Listen for meaning groups and grammatical shape so content, pronunciation and fluency survive beyond a fragile word-by-word memory.

The task connects reading and speaking; diagnose accuracy, stress, phrasing and a natural rate rather than chasing speed alone.

IELTS says format and scoring are the same; your practical choice should consider typing, navigation, handwriting, screen reading and available test options.
