Six ways in. Each with its own page.
Every page explains how that test is actually scored, where candidates commonly lose marks, and what to do about it.
IELTS
Academic and General Training. Where the four writing criteria quietly cost you the band.
PTE Academic
Enabling skills and integrated scoring, and why your Reading score may not be a reading problem.
OET
For healthcare. Clinical communication criteria, not general English with medical words.
UKVI Test
Which version your UK visa route actually accepts, and which regulators reject PTE outright.
Conversational English
For people who understand everything and freeze anyway. No exam attached.
Not sure which one is right for your goal? A Diagnostic Session will tell you, not
guess for you. Book one →
Not sure what your exam actually involves?
Build a roadmap for your exact exam and the skills you care about. It shows you every part you will face, what each one is really testing, and where candidates most often lose marks. Four questions, and it costs nothing.
01
Send your score report, or describe your goal
No score report? You do not need one. A goal and a deadline is enough to start.
02
Get the real diagnosis, not a guess
The exact criterion, skill or route causing the problem, named, with a written plan.
03
Book only what you actually need
Sometimes that is a programme. Sometimes it is one decision.
The Fit Call tells you which service you need. The Diagnostic tells you what is actually holding your score back. See pricing →
Free content shows you what a good answer looks like. It cannot tell you why yours is not there.
Three things keep people stuck, and none of them are fixed by more study.
The video trap. Watching explains the theory. These are skills exams, and knowing the technique is not performing it under time pressure. Months of consumption builds confidence, not competence.
The volume trap. Writing forty essays with no criterion level marking rehearses the same error forty times. Practising without accurate feedback reinforces mistakes rather than correcting them.
The wrong target trap. Grinding the section that looks weakest on the report, when the report often does not work the way people assume it does.
And the AI trap. AI tools are genuinely excellent and I encourage you to use them. They mark an essay in seconds, never get tired, and never run out of patience. What they cannot do is notice that the same habit has appeared in your last six essays, know that your deadline is in three weeks and your route needs B2, or hear you freeze in the first ten seconds of speaking. AI gives you repetitions. It does not give you a diagnosis, and repetitions aimed at the wrong thing are exactly how people stay stuck.
I mark against the actual published criteria, name the specific thing costing you the band, and tell you honestly when the answer is not lessons at all.
My daughter became much more confident speaking English. She now participates more in class and is much less afraid of making mistakes.
Li
China
I struggled to speak English during meetings and conversations. The lessons gave me practical speaking practice, and I now express my ideas much more clearly.
Sophie
France
I knew the grammar but struggled to speak fluently in the IELTS test. Regular speaking practice and detailed feedback helped me improve my fluency and confidence.
Ahmed
Saudi Arabia
I understood English when people spoke to me but found it difficult to reply quickly. The lessons helped me respond more naturally and speak with less hesitation when travelling.
Elena
Spain
I often gave very short answers during speaking practice. With structured practice and feedback, I learned how to develop my answers and speak for longer with more confidence.
David
Italy
I needed English for communicating with international clients. We focused on real workplace conversations, and I now feel much more comfortable speaking during meetings and calls.

Five things you will get, every time.
1
You will know exactly what is costing you marks. The specific criterion, the specific skill, in plain terms. Not general advice about working harder.
2
You will have a plan built around your deadline and your route. Not a generic curriculum applied to everyone who walks in.
3
You will never be guessing what to work on next. Every session ends knowing the next thing, and why it matters.
4
You will get a straight answer, whatever the question. Whatever went wrong last time, whatever you are worried about, you get honesty and a next step.
5
If you do not need us, we will say so. Sometimes the answer is a remark, a different test, or one fix you can do yourself. You will hear that even though it costs us the sale.
